HiWox Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in HiWox, you're agreeing to participate honestly in your assessment and program, pay for the tier you select, and understand that outcomes depend on your engagement as much as ours. We'll explain cancellation, refund, and conduct terms clearly below — no buried surprises.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the HiWox website, app, or enrolling in any HiWox program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use HiWox's services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in a HiWox program independently. Users between 13–17 may use HiWox only under the account and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf, consistent with DPDP Act requirements for processing a minor's data.

3. Account Registration

To use HiWox, you must create an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• All activity that occurs under your account

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

HiWox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

4. Program Enrollment and Payment

HiWox offers 90-day wellness programs across three tiers — Essential, Advanced, and Premium — priced and described at the time of enrollment.

• Payment: Full or partial payment (as agreed at enrollment) is required to begin your program. Accepted payment methods will be presented during checkout.

• Pricing changes: HiWox reserves the right to update program pricing for future enrollments; your enrolled program price remains fixed for the duration of your active 90-day term.

• Inclusions: The specific services, consultations, and support included in each tier are outlined at the time of enrollment and may vary by tier.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6. User Responsibilities

As a HiWox user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during your wellness assessment

• Engage genuinely with your personalized plan, Captain check-ins, and consultant reviews

• Use the HiWox app and services only for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes

• Not misrepresent your identity, health status, or program participation

HiWox's ability to deliver meaningful results depends significantly on honest, consistent user participation — as outlined in our Disclaimer Policy, results are not guaranteed and depend on multiple factors including user adherence.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use HiWox's platform to harass, threaten, or abuse HiWox Captains, consultants, or other users

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell HiWox's proprietary wellness assessment methodology, HiWox OS technology, or program content

• Share your account access with individuals other than yourself

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the HiWox platform

8. Intellectual Property

All content, methodology, technology (including HiWox OS), branding, and materials provided through HiWox are the intellectual property of HiWox and are protected under applicable Indian intellectual property law. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use HiWox's app and program materials solely for personal wellness purposes during their enrollment period. No rights are transferred to users beyond this limited license.

9. Third-Party Partner Services

As detailed in our Disclaimer Policy, HiWox's partner network (gyms, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic labs) consists of independent third parties. Any services rendered directly by partners are governed by the partner's own terms, and HiWox is not a party to that separate transaction beyond facilitating the referral.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, HiWox's total liability arising from your use of the program shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your current program tier. HiWox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law. This is in addition to, and should be read alongside, the limitations set out in our Disclaimer Policy.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HiWox, its Captains, consultants, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or provision of inaccurate information during your wellness assessment.

12. Termination

HiWox reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform or program, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, prohibited conduct, or non-payment. You may terminate your participation at any time by contacting your HiWox Captain, subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy above.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of HiWox's services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussion, and failing that, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City — typically HiWox's registered headquarters location].
